First, we will conduct a Free in-home consultation and evaluate all items to be sold. At that time, we can discuss the timeframe and any obstacles that we may face and answer all questions you may have.
Staging and Pricing
ESS will provide all tables, shelving and any essential display pieces to ensure your items look their very best and are presented in a way that brings the best return.
Our highly experienced staff will price your items and do a more extensive search of your more unique and valuable pieces to determine the proper value. Value is deemed from our past sales, internet comps, auction results and condition of items.
Marketing and Advertising
Internet Marketing, Estate Sale Websites, social media, Garage Sale sites, professional pictures, and proper signage to direct local traffic to the sale. We also have an extensive email list of our past sales. We use the ABC theory- Advertising Brings Customers!
Conducting the Sale And Post Sale
We are committed to conducting your sale efficiently and professionally with the goal of selling every item for the highest possible amount. We handle a wide variety of items, including but not limited to antiques, art, jewelry, guns, furniture, cars and boats. Our services do not end at the sale; we have resources to help you post-sale: clean-out services, donations and other professional services you may need.
Accounting and Funds
Accounting: You will be provided with an Excel spreadsheet detailing items sold and the total amount sold, less our commission. All funds will be paid to you by check in person or by Priority Mail within 5 business days after the sale is completed.
